Frequently Asked Questions Before Booking a Lesson

How can I book a lesson?

Simply fill in the contact form and indicate the type of lesson and package you’re interested in. I’ll get back to you shortly to confirm availability and arrange your first lesson.

How do the lessons work?

Lessons are one-to-one and take place online via Zoom, at a time we agree on together. Each lesson is tailored to your level, goals, and learning pace.

When and how do I pay for the lessons?

Payment is required before the lessons begin, either by bank transfer or PayPal. An invoice will be sent after payment is received.

Can I cancel or reschedule a lesson?

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule a lesson if you give at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations are considered as completed lessons.

What happens if I am late or absent?

If you are late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time. In case of absence without prior notice, the lesson is considered completed after 10 minutes of waiting.

How long are lesson packages valid?

Lesson packages are valid for 6 months from the date of the first lesson. This period may be extended if I am unavailable.

Are the lessons refundable?

Single lessons are non-refundable once completed. For lesson packages, a refund may be considered after the first lesson only, depending on the conditions.

Can I try a lesson before committing?

Yes, I can offer a short 15-minute call to discuss your needs and explain how the lessons work.
